Why Use a Personality Test?

How does it work?
There are 42 simple text questions and it only takes around 10 minutes to complete them. The test results are instantly reported by e-mail providing a score for each category. If the applicant takes the test just before the interview, the results will also indicate suggested questions that may help discover the applicant's tendency or character traits that you may not have found by asking standard interview questions.
