Why Do I Need A Credit Report?

Credit Reports will show the amount of debt an applicant has accrued, his or her repayment history, as well as any liens, judgments, or collections that may have been assessed against his or her accounts. From a leasing perspective, a fiscally responsible tenant is more likely to pay rent and bills in full and on time. Credit reports will also show whether or not the applicant’s level of debt might interfere with his or her ability to pay rent. Eviction Record Search:

Learn whether your potential tenants have been legally evicted from other properties. Records may include eviction, possession, and monetary judgments in states where the information is available.
